Return and Refund Policy

At MyKidos UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it's clothing, baby essentials, or toys and games. If you're not happy with your order, we offer an easy and straightforward return process.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. This applies to all products, including clothing, accessories, baby essentials, and toys and games.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mykidos.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval, we'll provide the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional business days to appear.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for refunds if they meet the same conditions as full-priced products. They must be unused, in their original condition, and within the 30-day return window.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@mykidos.co.uk. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or processing a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used toys and games (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is received, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
